You must be 18 or over and a resident of England, Wales or Scotland (Great Britain). We may ask you to verify your age and place of residence. We cannot accept entries from Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or anywhere outside Great Britain.

Pick a competition, choose how many tickets you’d like, answer the question, and check out. Your tickets are confirmed instantly. You can also enter free of charge by post.

A simple multiple-choice question you answer when entering. It’s an additional feature of our competitions — the free entry route, not the question, is what makes them lawful under UK law.

Yes. Every competition has a free postal entry route with the same chance of winning as paid entries. Full details and the postal address are in the free postal entry section of our Terms & Conditions.

Each competition has a maximum number of tickets, and some limit tickets per person. Limits are shown on each competition page.

We accept major debit and credit cards.

Once you’ve entered a competition, entries are generally non-refundable, except where a competition is cancelled or in the case of a genuine error. A competition would only ever be cancelled in very exceptional and unavoidable circumstances beyond our control that make it necessary to do so; where that happens, all paid entry fees are refunded within 14 days. After a competition closes, the winning ticket is selected using Random.org, an independent random number generator. Each draw is streamed and recorded live on Instagram and YouTube so you can watch it happen. Every ticket — paid or free — has an equal chance.

We’ll contact you using your account details within 7 days of the draw, and announce winners on our social media channels. You can also see your ticket status in My Account → My Tickets.

Once we have verified you as the winner, we arrange free delivery of your prize to your address in Great Britain — you never pay a delivery charge. Where a cash alternative is offered, it will be of the same value as the prize.

You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track your tickets and competition results in My Account → My Tickets.
