- Keep track of how much you’re spending. You can review your entries at any time in My Account → My Tickets.
- Don’t enter competitions as a way to earn money or to recover losses — the outcome is never certain.
- Balance your competition entries with other hobbies and activities.

4. Self-Exclusion
If you’d like to take a break from competitions, you can ask us to exclude your account for a set period. Once an exclusion is applied, you will not be able to enter competitions or access competition features during that time.
Choose from the following exclusion periods:
- 6 months
- 1 year
- 5 years
- Permanent (no end date)
To request self-exclusion, complete the form below or email info@dreamtoreality.co.uk with your full name, account email address, and the exclusion period you’d like. We will apply the exclusion within 24 hours of verifying your identity.
