Why There’s Always a Free Route
Every competition has a free postal entry route with exactly the same chance of winning as a paid entry — that free route is what allows us to run lawfully as a prize competition under UK law. The multiple-choice question you answer when entering is simply an additional feature; it takes seconds and is not the basis on which we operate. How We Pick Winners
Each competition has a fixed number of tickets, a clear closing date, and a published draw date. On the published draw date, the winning ticket is selected using Random.org, an independent random number generator, with each draw streamed and recorded live on Instagram and YouTube — as documented in each competition’s terms. Every ticket — paid or free — has an identical chance of winning. We announce every winner on our Instagram and YouTube channels.

After You Win
We’ll contact you using your account details within 7 days of the draw. Once we’ve verified you as the winner, we arrange free delivery of your prize to your address in Great Britain — you never pay a delivery charge. Where a cash alternative is offered, it will be of the same value as the prize.
