These terms and conditions govern your use of dreamtoreality.co.uk and your entry into any prize competition run by Dream To Reality Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site or entering a competition, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use this site or enter any competition.

We recommend reading these terms before entering for the first time. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@dreamtoreality.co.uk before entering.

To enter any competition you must:

• be aged 18 or over;
• be a resident of England, Wales or Scotland; and
• have a valid account on dreamtoreality.co.uk with accurate personal details.

We may ask you to verify your age and identity at any time. Providing false information will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

Employees, officers, and directors of Dream To Reality Ltd, and members of their immediate families and households, may not enter any competition.

A free entry route is available for every competition we run. Free entries have exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries.

To enter by post, send a clearly handwritten or typed letter or postcard, affixed with a first or second class stamp, to:

Your entry must include all of the following:

• Your full name
• Your full home address (including postcode)
• Your email address
• The full name of the competition you wish to enter
• Your answer to the skill question for that competition

Free entry conditions:

• One free entry per person per competition.
• Entries must be received (not just posted) by the competition’s published closing date and time.
• Entries that are illegible, incomplete, or appear to have been produced in bulk are void and will not be entered.
• Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. We are not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in the post.
• Free entries are treated identically to paid entries in the draw.

Each postal entry must be submitted separately and in full compliance with these terms. Any postal entries or paid entries received in excess of the stated ticket cap for that competition, as displayed on each competition, will not be entered into the draw.

Each competition has a published closing date and time, and a published draw date and time, both shown on the competition page. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

The winning ticket for each competition is selected on the published draw date and time shown on the competition page, using Random.org, an independent third-party random number generator, ensuring a verifiable and impartial result. Each draw is conducted live and recorded simultaneously on Instagram and YouTube so that entrants can watch it take place. The recordings remain publicly available after the draw for full transparency.

Prizes are as described on each competition page. We do not offer cash alternatives unless this is explicitly stated on the competition page.

Following our successful verification of the winner (and we reserve the right to verify the winner in our sole and absolute discretion), we will contact you to arrange the free delivery of your prize to the address in Great Britain as stated on your account.

If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside our control, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value. We will always first offer the winner the option of a cash equivalent alternative of the same value as the original Prize before substituting.

All prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and may not be sold or exchanged.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream To Reality Ltd shall not have any liability to you or any winner in connection with or arising from any draw howsoever caused, including costs, expenses, damages and any other liabilities, provided that nothing in this clause shall limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. Our total maximum aggregate liability to each winner shall be limited to the total value of any one prize. Our total maximum aggregate liability for non-winners shall be limited to the amount paid to enter the draw.

Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we are not legally responsible for any: (a) losses that were not foreseeable to you and us when these terms were formed; (b) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part; (c) business losses; and (d) losses to non-consumers.

All content on dreamtoreality.co.uk — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, competition descriptions, and prize photography — is owned by or licensed to Dream To Reality Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our prior written permission.

We take every complaint seriously and aim to resolve issues promptly. Please see our Complaints page for full details of the process.

In summary: email info@dreamtoreality.co.uk with “Complaint” in the subject line. We will acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to fully resolve within 8 weeks.

If your complaint remains unresolved, please note that Dream To Reality Ltd does not currently subscribe to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. You may seek free, impartial guidance from Citizens Advice, which can refer matters to Trading Standards, and you retain your statutory rights, including the right to bring a claim in the small claims court where appropriate.

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

We both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
